What does Joravel sell?

Joravel is a U.S.-focused furniture store for refined residential interiors. Our current catalog includes tables, seating, sideboards, console tables, coffee tables, dining tables, side tables, accent chairs, sofas, and selected storage pieces.

Where does Joravel ship?

Joravel currently ships to the United States. Some PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, freight forwarders, remote addresses, islands, rural routes, gated communities, limited-access locations, and commercial receiving locations may require additional review or may not be available unless Joravel confirms the shipment in writing before purchase.

Orders and payments

What payment methods does Joravel accept?

Joravel accepts major credit and debit cards through our secure checkout. Additional express checkout options may appear only when supported by your device, browser, location, and the payment settings active at checkout.

When is my order accepted?

Submitting payment information does not guarantee final acceptance of an order. Orders may be reviewed for payment authorization, fraud prevention, product availability, shipping eligibility, address accuracy, and other order details.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You may request an order cancellation within 24 hours after purchase if the order has not entered processing, production, packing, carrier scheduling, or shipment. After 24 hours, cancellation requests are reviewed based on order status and are not guaranteed.

Shipping and delivery

How long does shipping take?

Most Joravel furniture and lighting products are made to order or prepared after order confirmation. The estimated total delivery time for standard free shipping is usually 32 to 55 business days after order confirmation.

Typical processing times:

- Production / processing time: usually 12 to 25 business days
- Complex custom, oversized, modified, or special-order items: up to 30 business days before dispatch
- Some semi-finished or ready-to-complete items: may be prepared faster when the product page, checkout, order confirmation, or written customer service update specifically states a shorter timeline

Typical transit times after shipment:

- Standard ocean, oversized, or freight transit: usually 4 to 5 weeks after dispatch, typically 20 to 30 business days
- Air shipping, when specifically selected or confirmed in writing before shipment: usually 7 to 15 business days after dispatch
- Remote-area, appointment-based, final-mile, or special freight delivery: additional time may be required

Shipping time does not include production / processing time unless explicitly stated. The final timeline may vary by item size, finish, customization, production queue, and freight scheduling, but the estimated range shown above is the standard planning range for Joravel products covered by this shipping policy.

Do you offer free shipping?

Joravel offers free standard shipping to eligible addresses in the United States when the product page, cart, checkout, or order confirmation shows the shipping charge as $0.00. Free standard shipping, if available, does not automatically include expedited shipping, freight upgrades, room-of-choice placement, unpacking, assembly, installation, packaging removal, white-glove service, remote-area surcharges, limited-access delivery, storage, redelivery, or special handling unless expressly stated in writing by Joravel.

Will large furniture require freight delivery?

Large furniture and oversized items may ship by freight carrier. Freight delivery may require appointment scheduling, a valid phone number, accessible delivery location, and an adult 18 years or older present during the scheduled delivery window.

Returns and exchanges

Do you accept returns?

Yes. Joravel accepts returns for both product issues and change-of-mind requests. You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Return authorization is required before sending any item back.

Do you accept exchanges?

Yes. Items may be exchanged for a different size, finish, model, or item when the request is approved by Joravel and the replacement item is available. For customer-preference exchanges, the customer is responsible for applicable return shipping, return freight, packaging, carrier pickup, and replacement outbound shipping or freight costs.

What condition must returned or exchanged items be in?

Returned or exchanged items must be unused, uninstalled, unassembled unless originally delivered assembled, in original packaging, and complete with all parts, hardware, accessories, manuals, and protective materials. Items must be free from stains, odors, scratches, alterations, misuse, or damage after delivery.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Email support@joravel.com before sending any item back. Include your order number, the item you want to return or exchange, the reason for the request, and photos of the product and packaging. If the issue involves damage, a defect, an incorrect item, or missing parts, include photos of the issue, label, and packaging.

Who pays return or exchange shipping?

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping, return freight, packaging, carrier pickup, insurance, tracking, and related costs. For change-of-mind exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping or return freight for the original item and any applicable outbound shipping or freight for the replacement item.

For verified shipping damage, product defects, missing parts, incorrect items, or Joravel error, Joravel may provide replacement parts, repair support, a replacement item, return instructions, an exchange, a refund, or another appropriate resolution depending on the product and situation.

Product questions

How can I confirm size, finish, or delivery requirements before ordering?

Review the product page carefully, including dimensions, materials, finish notes, product images, shipping information, and return links. For large furniture, confirm that the item fits the intended space and delivery path, including doorways, stairways, elevators, hallways, tight corners, and the intended room.
