RETURN, REFUND, AND EXCHANGE POLICY

This Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy applies to orders placed on https://joravel.com and shipped within the United States.

Joravel accepts returns and exchanges for both product issues and change-of-mind requests within the return window, subject to the authorization process, item condition requirements, and shipping and service fees described below. Because furniture and oversized home furnishing items may require careful packing, freight handling, appointment delivery, and room-access planning, please review product dimensions, finishes, lead times, and delivery requirements before ordering.

Return and exchange window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days after delivery.

After your return or exchange request is approved, the item must be shipped back, picked up, or otherwise made available according to Joravel's written instructions within 14 calendar days of the return or exchange authorization email, unless Joravel provides different written instructions.

Returns or exchanges requested after the 30-day window may be declined.

How to start a return or exchange

Email support@joravel.com before sending any item back.

Please include:

- Order number
- Item you want to return or exchange
- Whether you are requesting a refund, exchange, replacement part, repair support, or other resolution
- Reason for the request
- For an exchange, the requested replacement item, size, finish, model, or other product preference
- Photos of the product and packaging
- Photos of any damage, defect, incorrect item, label, or missing part, if applicable

Returns or exchanges sent without written authorization, or sent to an address other than the one provided by Joravel, may be refused and may not qualify for a refund, credit, or exchange.

Return and exchange condition

Returned or exchanged items must be unused, uninstalled, unassembled unless originally delivered assembled, in original packaging, and complete with all parts, hardware, accessories, manuals, and protective materials. Items must be free from stains, odors, scratches, alterations, misuse, or damage after delivery.

Joravel may decline a return or exchange, reduce a refund, or charge additional recovery costs if an item is returned damaged, incomplete, used, assembled, installed, altered, missing packaging, missing parts, or otherwise not in the required return condition.

Return and exchange condition limits

Return or exchange requests are reviewed under the 30-day return and exchange window. Joravel may decline a return or exchange, reduce a refund, or charge additional recovery costs only when the request is outside the return window, the item is sent back without written authorization, or the item is not returned in the required condition described above.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, missing parts, or incorrect, contact us within the reporting window below so we can review the issue.

Exchanges

Items may be exchanged for a different size, finish, model, or item when the request is approved by Joravel and the replacement item is available.

For exchanges requested for customer preference, change of mind, size or finish selection, room-fit issues, incorrect customer-provided information, or other customer reasons, the customer is responsible for all applicable return shipping, return freight, packaging, carrier pickup, insurance, tracking, and replacement outbound shipping or freight costs.

If the replacement item costs more than the original item, the customer must pay the price difference, applicable taxes, and any applicable shipping, freight, delivery, or service charges before the replacement item ships. If the replacement item costs less, Joravel may issue an approved refund or store credit for the difference after the original item is received and inspected, adjusted for any return shipping, return freight, replacement outbound shipping, or service costs described in this policy.

Depending on product availability, payment method, and order status, Joravel may process an exchange by shipping a replacement item, creating a replacement order, issuing store credit, or refunding the original returned item so the customer can place a new order. Replacement items are not reserved until the exchange is approved and any required payment is completed. Product availability, pricing, and lead times may change.

For exchanges caused by verified shipping damage, product defect, missing parts, incorrect item, or Joravel error, Joravel may provide replacement parts, repair support, a replacement item, return instructions, a refund, or another appropriate resolution depending on the product and situation. In those cases, Joravel may cover reasonable return or replacement shipping costs where required by the confirmed issue and written resolution.

Return shipping, exchange shipping, and fees

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping, return freight, packaging, carrier pickup, insurance, tracking, and related costs.

For change-of-mind exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping or return freight for the original item and any applicable outbound shipping or freight for the replacement item.

For change-of-mind exchanges, replacement outbound shipping or freight may be the customer's responsibility where applicable and will be disclosed before the replacement item ships.

Joravel does not charge a separate restocking fee for approved returns or exchanges. Return shipping, return freight, replacement outbound shipping, delivery surcharges, upgraded delivery services, installation services, packaging services, white-glove service, storage, redelivery, and similar service fees are not refunded unless the return or exchange is caused by Joravel's error or a verified product issue.

When returning or exchanging an item, use a shipping method that provides tracking. For oversized or freight items, follow Joravel's written return or exchange instructions. The customer may be responsible for loss, damage, or additional carrier fees caused by unauthorized shipping methods, inadequate packaging, missed pickup appointments, or failure to follow return instructions.

Damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items

Inspect your shipment as soon as it arrives.

For visible shipping damage, email support@joravel.com within 48 hours of delivery.

For concealed damage, missing parts, defects, or incorrect items, email support@joravel.com within 5 business days of delivery.

Keep all original packaging until the issue is resolved. Photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and damage may be required for carrier claims, replacement parts, exchange review, or refund review.

For freight deliveries, inspect the carton and packaging before signing. If you see visible damage, note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing and take photos. If inspection is not possible at delivery, note "possible concealed damage" on the delivery receipt when permitted.

If the issue is confirmed, Joravel may provide replacement parts, repair support, a replacement item, return instructions, an exchange, a refund, or another appropriate resolution depending on the product and situation.

Refunds

Once an approved return arrives at the designated return location, Joravel will inspect the item.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Inspection and refund processing usually take 5 to 10 business days after the returned item is received. Your bank, card issuer, wallet provider, or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Approved product refunds are based on the amount paid for the approved returned product and applicable refunded tax. Customer-paid return shipping, return freight, replacement outbound shipping, upgraded delivery services, installation services, packaging services, white-glove service, storage, redelivery, and similar service fees are not refunded unless the return or exchange is caused by Joravel's error or a verified product issue.

Order changes, cancellations, delays, and unavailable items

You may request an order cancellation within 24 hours after purchase if the order has not entered processing, production, packing, carrier scheduling, or shipment.

After 24 hours, cancellation requests are reviewed based on order status and are not guaranteed. After an order enters production, procurement, packing, freight scheduling, or shipment, cancellation requests may be declined. If the order is delivered, the item may still be reviewed under the 30-day return and exchange policy.

If Joravel cannot ship within the timeframe shown on the product page, order confirmation, or customer service update, we will notify you and provide available options. Depending on the situation, those options may include waiting for a revised shipping date, exchanging or replacing the item, or canceling the unshipped item for a refund where required.
