Joravel is operated by Joravel Inc. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy, our Shipping Policy, our Privacy Policy, and any product-specific terms shown before purchase.

Joravel makes reasonable efforts to present product names, dimensions, materials, finishes, colors, images, lead times, availability, and prices accurately.
Because furniture, lighting, stone, wood, metal, glass, fabric, leather, and handmade finishes can vary, small differences in color tone, grain, veining, texture, patina, hand-finishing, or measurement may occur. Screen settings and room lighting can also affect how colors and finishes appear.
Before ordering, review all dimensions, finish details, material notes, lead times, delivery requirements, room-access requirements, and installation requirements. For large furniture and lighting, the customer is responsible for confirming that the item fits the intended space and delivery path.
Pricing, availability, and checkout
Prices, promotions, shipping options, product availability, and lead times may change without notice.
Joravel may correct typographical errors, pricing errors, image errors, product information errors, or availability errors, including after an order is submitted. If a correction affects your order, we will contact you with available options.
All required product charges, shipping charges, taxes, and available payment options are displayed during checkout before payment is submitted.
Orders and payment
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Payment authorization does not guarantee final acceptance of an order. If we cannot fulfill an order or an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you and refund any unavailable item.
Shipping, returns, exchanges, and order-specific items
Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, cancellations, exchanges, damaged items, missing items, incorrect items, and refunds are governed by our Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy.
Some products may require production, procurement, packing, freight scheduling, or other order-specific preparation after order confirmation. Cancellation requests may be declined after that work has started, but delivered items may still be reviewed under Joravel's 30-day Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy.
Assembly, installation, and electrical work
Some furniture may require assembly. Some lighting may require professional electrical installation.
The customer is responsible for using qualified professionals where required and for following all product instructions, building rules, electrical codes, and safety requirements.
Joravel is not responsible for damage, injury, project delays, labor costs, contractor costs, or installation costs caused by improper handling, assembly, installation, modification, misuse, site conditions, or failure to follow instructions.
Third-party services and links
The website may include third-party links, payment services, shipping services, apps, or tools. Joravel is not responsible for third-party websites, policies, content, or services.
Intellectual property
The Joravel website, brand presentation, product copy, images, graphics, layout, and other content are owned by or licensed to Joravel. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, scrape, or commercially use our website content without written permission.
