Joravel accepts major credit and debit cards through our secure checkout. Additional express checkout options may appear only when supported by your device, browser, location, and the payment settings active at checkout.
Available payment options
The payment methods available for your order are shown during checkout before you submit payment. Availability may depend on your billing country, shipping destination, device, browser, payment provider eligibility, fraud review requirements, and the payment settings active at checkout.
Joravel does not guarantee that every express checkout option will appear for every customer or every order. If an express checkout option is not shown at checkout, please use one of the available card payment options displayed during checkout.
Payment security
Payments are processed through secure checkout and payment service providers. Joravel does not store full credit card numbers.
Order authorization and review
Submitting payment information does not guarantee final acceptance of an order. Orders may be reviewed for payment authorization, fraud prevention, product availability, shipping eligibility, address accuracy, and other order details.
If we cannot accept or fulfill an order, or if an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you and refund any unavailable item or order where required.

Please make sure your billing name, billing address, payment details, email address, phone number, and shipping address are accurate. Incorrect or incomplete information may delay order processing or result in order cancellation.
