Premium In-Home White Glove Delivery
Joravel may offer Premium In-Home White Glove Delivery for eligible oversized furniture items where service is available.
White Glove Delivery is not included with every order. Availability, cost, service level, and delivery timing may vary by product, delivery address, carrier coverage, building access, and checkout options.
What’s Included
Scheduled Appointment Delivery
Once your order is ready for final delivery, the delivery partner may contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Appointment windows may vary by carrier and location.
Room-of-Choice Placement
For eligible items, a professional delivery team may carry the item into your home and place it in the room of your choice, provided the delivery path is safe, clear, and accessible.
Unpacking and Packaging Removal
For eligible White Glove deliveries, standard packaging may be removed after the item is placed. Recycling or disposal methods may vary by carrier and local guidelines.
Delivery-Day Inspection
Please inspect your item before signing the delivery receipt. If you notice visible damage, missing pieces, or delivery concerns, note them on the receipt and contact Joravel Customer Support as soon as possible.
What’s Not Included
White Glove Delivery does not include furniture assembly, wall mounting, anchoring, electrical work, plumbing, lighting installation, hardwired fixture installation, hoisting, door removal, old furniture removal, room clearing, or disposal of existing furniture unless confirmed in writing.
Before Delivery
Please measure your item dimensions and delivery path before ordering, including doorways, hallways, stairways, elevators, tight corners, and the intended room.
If your building requires a Certificate of Insurance, freight elevator reservation, loading dock access, gate code, parking instructions, or other special delivery requirements, contact support@joravel.com before delivery is scheduled.
Additional Fees and Restrictions
Deliveries involving more than two standard flights of stairs, narrow access points, limited parking, gated entry, remote locations, missed appointments, inaccessible delivery locations, or special building requirements may require additional review and may be subject to additional fees or restrictions.
Customer Responsibility
An adult 18 years or older must be present during the scheduled delivery window to accept, inspect, and sign for the delivery.
Customers are responsible for confirming that the item can be delivered safely into the intended room. If an item cannot be delivered due to space, access, or building restrictions, additional delivery, storage, return freight, or rescheduling fees may apply.
